Staff Backend Engineer
Design and build distributed systems at the core of our clients' most critical platforms.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with clients to translate business goals into architectural decisions.
- Own technical outcomes across the full engagement lifecycle, from discovery to handover.
- Mentor engineers on the team and raise the craft bar across every deliverable.
- Contribute to Archigor's internal tools and research publications.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering or architecture experience.
- A track record of systems you've designed still running in production today.
- Comfort working directly with executive stakeholders as well as engineers.
- Excellent written communication most of our collaboration happens async.
